McNeal and White Contractors, the parent company of Institute of Envelope Science has been in business since 1998. The business is Co-owned by JR. McNeal and Marc White. McNeal & White is managed by a staff of building and energy professionals that are trained in all areas of construction. Combined they have over 30 years of construction experience.Over these years we have noticed a shift in the housing market and as always McNeal & White contractors have risen to the occasion. McNeal and White contractors currently weatherize homes for qualified citizens all over the state of Florida. Our staff is trained in Weatherization Auditing, Energy Rating and many other certifications.
In 2009 McNeal and White Contractors created The Institute of Envelope Science located in Deland, Florida. We not only have experience in weatherization, lead safety and all other aspects of business and residential contracting, we are equipped to train, educate and offer certification to those wishing to attend as well. IES offers a rigorous curriculum that gives students a coherent understanding of 21st-century global energy challenges, technological solutions, environmental impacts, and policymaking in the public and private sectors.
